This policy explains what is and isn't refundable. It applies alongside our Terms of Service, and you agree to it at checkout.
Online program (subscription)
- The free diagnostic, skill map, and study-plan preview are always free — no purchase required.
- New monthly and annual subscriptions ($19/month or $99/year) start with a 3-day free trial. A card is required, but you are not charged until the trial ends— cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged, so no refund is needed.
- After the trial, subscriptions renew automatically. Payments already made (including renewals) are non-refundable; you can cancel anytime from your Account to stop future charges and keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
Printable study materials — all sales final
The personalized workbook and subject packs are digital products delivered instantly and are therefore non-refundable. All sales of printable/PDF materials are final. Please review the product description and free samples before purchasing.
If a file is corrupted, won't open, or a purchase was charged in error, email us — we'll make it right by providing a working file (this is a replacement, not a refund).
The “Everything” bundles
Each Everything Bundle ($119/year, one for the SAT and one for the ACT) combines the annual program with the personalized workbook and that test’s subject packs, and is charged in full at purchase (no trial). Because a bundle includes non-refundable printable materials, it cannot be refunded in full. Within 3 days of purchase you may request a refund of the program portion only — the amount you paid above the value of the printable materials included, which are non-refundable. Because the bundle is discounted, this program portion is limited.

Our materials are prepared carefully. If you believe an answer or explanation is wrong, please tell us at support@collegepreppath.com. We review every report and correct genuine errors promptly.
How to request an eligible refund
For the program 3-day guarantee or the eligible bundle program portion, email support@collegepreppath.com from the address on your account with your order details. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our processor, Stripe, and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
